  • Is there any cleaning day in the apartments?

    Yes, exactly as in our hotel rooms. Cleaning between 6 and 7 days a week and sheets change 2 times a week.
    *Think Green: If you do not require the scheduled sheet change, please inform our reception team.
  • ​Do you provide towels for beach and swimming pool?

    Yes, it requires a small deposit, which it will return you during check-out.
  • ¿Can we get into the hotel bar or restaurant without paying each time?

    Yes, with the CUSTOMER CARD, you can pay within the hotel in an easy, convenient and secure way. We provide you with 2 options:
    BY CREDIT pay charges when you check-out (this option only requires a credit card as a guarantee).
    BY CASH/DEBIT load your CUSTOMER CARD using either cash or debit card. When you use it, you will be given a receipt showing the service charge and the available balance, and any remaining money will be returned to you when you check-out. You can load your card at Receptions as many times as required.
    *The CUSTOMER CARD does not contain any information, instead, it is processed through the Hotel's management system to ensure greater security for our guests.
  • At what time can we access to the room or apartment?

    At 14:00 o'clock
  • If we arrive earlier, can we get earlier access to the room or apartment?

    Yes, only if the room or apartment is available. The reception team will inform you on arrival.
  • ​When do we have to leave the room the departure day?

    Before 12:00 a.m
  • ​Is there a luggage room?

    Yes, we provide space to leave the luggage on the departure day to still enjoying the last hours of your stay.
  • ​Is it possible to keep the room until later on departure day?

    Yes, this service is exclusive through the official Prinsotel website and bookable as "Extra Services" while booking. It will also be possible to request it directly at reception desk, it is recommended to request it several days before departure (*Service subject to hotel availability).
  • Is there entertainment for children?

    Yes, in all hotels and all ages up to 14 years as well as for adults. (Prinsotel Mal Pas excluded).
  • Is there a chance of showers once we have left the room?

    Yes a courtesy showers will be offered if they are available.
  • Should we have towels, once we have left the room?

    Yes if you ask at reception.
  • Can we go swimming at night in the pool?

    No, then do cleaning of filters and water with delicate products.
  • ​Can we change the pool towels?

    Yes, the lifeguard will change them for you.
    *Think Green: For environmental sustainability, we kindly request that you only change your towel when necessary).
  • Can we rent a car in the Hotel?

    Yes, the reception will inform you about the best options.
  • Can we rent bikes in the Hotel?

    Yes, there are mountain bikes available to rent at the hotel. Also you can check other types of bicycle.
  • Is there a transfer from the airport to the Hotel and vice versa
