After studying the tastes and needs of all our guests, at Prinsotel La Caleta, located by the sea in Cala Santandria, we have designed a new service of live, show cooking in which the most authentic specialties from Menorca's culinary history, acquire a new prominence and where dishes that typify international cuisine are not missed out.
The team of hotel chefs will present every day various gastronomic suggestions in which they try to combine the most classic dishes with fun and tasty culinary innovations. Ingredients such as vegetables and fruits from the Menorcan fields and orchards, its meats and the excellent seafood and fish that arrive at its ports will be some of the hallmarks of the new catering service of La Caleta. This is guaranteed for all those who want to enjoy a gourmet escape to this wonderful Mediterranean island.
The buffet of our hotel in Menorca has always been characterized by its great quality and variety of recipes, among which you can’t miss paella, tortillas and egg dishes, grilled meats and fish, as well as every type of Italian pasta you can imagine, plus soups, stews and a range of salads to choose from each day.
The new ‘Show Cooking’ which you will find in the main restaurant of the complex, will be premiered in 2017 along with many other innovations thought out to surprise you: we will renovate all the apartments’ bathrooms, we will create a complete block of double rooms, a new relaxation area, library and TV lounge. In addition, we will incorporate a luggage service and we are going to remodel the whole reception.
