If you love nature and outdoor sports, this summer Majorca may be your best holiday option. The island hides unique hiking paths that lead you to unforgettable locations, deserted coves where you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea and impressive cliffs over which to admire the horizon and take a deep breath.

La Talaia, La Victoria, Alcúdia.

To start off, from Prinsotel we propose one of the most appreciated hiking routes in Northern Majorca, which runs through the area of Mal Pas and the hermitage of La Victoria, a route that combines a little bit of everything from what the island has to offer, including the beach and pristine coves, mountains, cliffs, parks, monuments, towns and Mediterranean forests.

s´Illot, Alcúdia.

This route is also known as the Penya Roja route, Penya des Migdia route or the route of Coll Baix, it takes about 5 hours with a maximum height of 440 meters. Its lush vegetation makes it ideal to enjoy at any time of year, even during the hot Majorcan summer, and it is of little difficulty.

Ruta Penya Rotja, La Victoria, Alcúdia.

This route begins in the parking lot of the hermitage of La Victoria, very close to our hotel in Mal Pas, and reaches the viewpoint of Cap des Pinar, from where one can enjoy a wonderful view of the bay of Pollenca, with Cabo Formentor ending the Serra de Tramuntana.

Penya Rotja, La Victoria, Alcúdia.

Next, you pass by “Penya des Migdia”, continue on the fork to the “Coll Baix”, culminating in the “Talaia de Alcudia”. From there, you have the best views of northern Majorca, a place to remember in your memory. To return, the route takes us along the path of “Coll de Ses Fontanelles”, passing near the beach of Coll Baix and the beach of S'Illot.
