The state of emergency is extended until 00:00 hours on May 10, 2020, As a result of urgent measures approved by the Spanish Government, by Royal Decree-Law 463/2020, of March 14, which declared the state of emergency to manage the world health crisis caused by COVID-19. We inform you about the brief suspension of all our services and delay in opening all our hotel establishments PRINSOTEL LA DORADA, PRINSOTEL ALBA and PRINSOTEL MAL PAS, until May 9th, 2020.
All our hotels PRINSOTEL LA DORADA, PRINSOTEL ALBA . PRINSOTEL MAL PAS PRINSOTEL LA PINEDA as well., PRINSOTEL LA CALETA (Menorca) are working to be open on 10th May 2020

The management of bookings for the stays until April 30, 2020
Direct online bookings (through Prinsotel official website) are allowed to cancel or modify the dates for a stay in 2020 or even 2021, both options without penalty. In case of prepayment, the amount will be deducted on your next reservation with Prinsotel. Please the request must be done to ecommerce@prinsotel.es
