Covid / 19 Update - Early closure of Prinsotel la Caleta

We regret to inform that the Prinsotel la Caleta hotel and apartments closes early on August 23, 2020, motivated by the low volume of reservations and high rate of cancellation preventing the development of tourist activity in the current year 2020.

We want to thank the clients who have been able to enjoy a stay with us for their confidence, and we wish the rest to be able to host in a future stay from May 2, 2021.

Customers with direct reservations through the official website www.prinsotel.es affected by the early closure, may modify the reservation for next year or cancel the reservation without costs, in case they have an advance payment it will be returned by the same way.

Rest of affected clients, please contact the same agency where you made the reservation, in order to manage the cancellation or dates modification.
