A Gastronomical Autumn with a Taste of Mallorca

Land and sea unite to bring you tasty offerings such as chanterelles, saffron milk caps, dolphinfish or oranges from Sóller, the latter used on the island to produce a delicious liqueur.
During autumn, the Mallorcan climate brings
