Cancellation Policy and Terms of use

Cancellation policy:
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us by e-mail (reservas@prinsotel.es) or by fax (+34 971 472438), at least 2 days before the arrival date, and we will proceed to cancel your booking without any further cost.

-If cancellation of a booking is made within less than 2 days prior to hotel & apartments, we reserve the right to charge the credit card equivalent to the first night of the reservation , for the Villas will be charged the 50% of the total  for cancellations during the last 3 weeks prior to arrival. For your safety please inform us via e-mail to reservas@prinsotel.es
"Not Presented , NO Show in Hotel, Apartments or Villas, Prinsotel could charge the full amount of the stay.

Exeption: Users of prinsotel.es may benefit from discounts when choosing the non-refundable rate. When booking this rate, the user has to pay the full amount with a valid credit card and accepts expressively that the confirmed booking is not subject to cancellations for any reason.

Should the booking be cancelled within less than 2 days before the arrival date, please note that we reserve the right to charge your credit card with the amount equivalent to the first night.

Children:
2-year-old minors for free sharing room with adults, meals not included. Baby cots for free, subject to availability.

Visa and Mastercard

Please note that the hotel reserves itself the right to check the credit card's validity before arrival date.
